  1. Provide training and technical assistance to 150+ individuals across 50+ facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan
  2. Prioritize workforce development and training opportunities in traditionally underserved manufacturing communities to build a more inclusive and technically skilled industrial workforce
  3. Accelerate the adoption of smart manufacturing technologies to enhance energy efficiency and operational performance across manufacturing facilities
  4. Advance smart energy management principles in manufacturing facilities across the Midwest
