University of Louisville Smart Manufacturing Workshop

On November 15th, the pilot project team held a comprehensive full-day event from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the University of Louisville, bringing together small and medium manufacturers (SMEs), integrators, and workforce development professionals. Hosted by project partner University of Louisville, the event showcased the Midwest Smart & Efficient Manufacturing Hub, where team members staffed a vendor booth to share insights into the pilot project and engage potential stakeholders and manufacturers. Participants explored the latest in smart manufacturing innovations through expert-led presentations and live demonstrations. The day offered valuable networking opportunities and insights into advancing smart manufacturing in the region.
